I understand that these are heart-wrenching stories. However, how do you expect these types of stories to stop making headlines if you just turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to it. I know many of you do not want your children to see or hear these stories, but as a new mother and a true animal lover, I am not going to hide the evil things that some people do to animals from my son. I will let him know about these kinds of things to teach him that this type of behavior is inexcusable. If we do not know of these stories, how can we as a society do anything to stop it. If you don't want to read the stories, don't. No one is forcing you to. But don't threaten to leave the website simply because there are stories that hurt your heart. Read Less
