I submitted a photo of Whisky to Jone's soda a while back and I just got a letter from them saying Whisky's picture has been chosen to be on their soda bottle labels. How cool is that! Very cool considering only 1% of entrys submitted across the world get chosen! Just thought I'd share:) read more

Great idea on leaving and coming back like you said. Can you have a crate in the house for her? It works great for me with my dogs. I really believe in crating, if it is done right they like it, and it's a safe way to keep them contained when you are not home. That also will keep her from going to the bathroom in the house, most dogs won't soil where they lay. If she is already housebroke to go outside I don't like the idea of the puppy pads, it might be confusing, you want to teach her that she has to hold it until you get home, if that is possible. Maybe you can also try containing her to just one room in the house at first,and depending on how long you are gone and how old she is she should be able to hold going to the bathroom until you get home.
