Cat's claws ruining furniture?

If your cat's claws are ruining your furniture, you should try a lemon juice/water mixture. Simply spray the mix on the furniture. When the cat goes to scratch it, it won't like the feeling of the lemon juice on this paws and hopefully will stop scratching up the furniture.
