So it's okay to say we need cage free chickens, because the cages are inhumane, but a state thinks it's not inhumane to stacks hundreds of dogs in cages and sell them. I think are government officials need to get their priorities straight and stop lining their pockets with the proceeds of puppy mill profits. They are creating the problem of over population, and over run pounds after these people no longer want these pets. Read Less
