Today I just went horseback riding for the first time since my 'throw off'. I knoiw your suposed to jump right back on but I didn't, to much pain from the way I landed, some how I landing twisted, with grass burns up and down my legs and arms and brusied my hip really bad that I couldn't walk right for a week.
