The Zootoo visit was good in that it made us get in contact with the local governmental entities and make them put in some face time with the purpose of supporting us. Spent an hour re-wiring outside pen that Dakota now knows how to get out of. I piled cinder blocks up, fastened them to the fence, but it was only a matter of minutes before he had pulled on the wiring to make another way out. So, inside he went.
