Description: This is the lonely Lab who "lives" around the corner from me. Her owners never play with her, nor do they ever take her for a walk. It took phone calls to the animal control guy and concerned passers-by to get her the doghouse and hay in side for warmth. She is still playful as you can see and hardly ever barks.
