I truly believe that gas chambers are inhumane. Some puppies have been found afterward shivering and hiding under their mother.Also it is harder on cats. It is time consuming and takes a trained person to watch the gauges and make sure the chamber is in good working order.Also some shelter workers have died from opening the chambr too soon or a faulty chamber .Intraveinious euthansia is a much safer much more humane route and isnot costly.
