I adopted Little Janie from the Parkersburg shelter. She was brought in by owner who had her all taped up with gray duck tape in a cardboard box, who stated she was a "crazy cat!" The terrible noise of the tape being peeled off the box really freaked her out and she had to be handed with leather gloves for almost 2 weeks.
