It's been reported in the local news and on the omidog! blog that state police fully vindicated the Cecil County SPCA after a long investigation including "CSI" type forensic investigators. There was no abuse! Police and state's attorney determined charges were fabricated by fired employees who flunked a poly and then admitted they had lied from the beginning. Del. Smigiel has his own political agenda and ginned this thing up to raise $ from donors. State attorney wrote that Del. Smigiel could face investigation for 'abuse of power" by a special prosecutor in the state.
So don't believe the lies perpetrated by a politician and his duped supporters. Read Less
