Same problem again with videos

I tried again last night to upload the videos that didn't work yesterday and 2 news ones. None of them worked. They are the same type of files as every other video so I don't really think it's me. That is really aggravating. I hope that your new vet is more on the ball. I don't know much about this, but it sounds like it is treatable? I hope she continues to do better.
