I take exception to the "all shelters" comment. We take in many bunnies here and they end up at my home for fostering. I am careful about meeting and educating potential adopters. If I am nervous about the people they do not adopt. I love my bunnies and if I don't find good EDUCATED homes they will live with me forever. I also wish the fairs were unallowed to use animals for prizes.We need to change the laws. Write your congressman, etc.I also pass out the Make Mine Chocolate fliers at the shelter. Toy bunnies are more suited to children because they don't get tired of cleaning up after them. Happy to see there are so many bunny lovers out there. We do need more articles about rabbit care and adoption. Read Less
