We took Kipper to the dog park for the first time today. We didn't want to take him there until after we had him neutered. Which we had just done shortly after his birthday. Do you have Microsoft picture manager (it comes standard on most new PCs)? If so open the picture in that program and click edit. There is a function for resizing that will allow you to select a size… read more
