Zootoo came to Danbury Animal Welfare Society today (4/10/08). We only had a little over a week to prepare, but what a celebration we had. There must have been 300 people at the shetler to greet them as they arrived. The crowed consisted of volunteers, adoptors, school children, 3 Mayors and a State Representative, TV and Radio, Fire and Police. Local business donated food. It was a wonderful comming together of the community to support our shelter and the work we volunteer to do every day.… read more
