Second Chance truly deserves this makeover. They really have so little in the way of their facility, but still manage to make a huge difference with the work that they do. I have adopted 2 cats from Second Chance in the past 4 years and will continue to be loyal to the shelter even though I am now well over an hour ride away. Their volunteers are caring and inspiring and they deserve a facility that can help further the wonderful work they do. Thanks SCAS for all that you do!!
