Legislature that bans particular dog breeds is unhelpful and misleading. Small dogs such as Cocker Spaniels bite and are just as aggressive as larger dog breeds such as Pit Bulls; However, larger dogs do more damage, therefore getting more media attention. Banning dog breeds does not address the root of the problem. More attention should be paid to unscrupulous breeders, dog fighters and other mistreatment of animals. Read Less
