Description: Annie is a special needs dog who was in need of a home after being abandoned twice. She was found on the side of the road... taken into a home... until they realized she was deaf. After that, the people threw her back where they found her. Fortunatley, a cat foster witnessed this and picked the dog up. We had her for one week, and she was adopted by a woman who has two other special needs dogs... both blind.
