Makes you wonder if this is the first time he's done something like this or just the first time he's been caught. I think that his "punishment" is ridiculous and inappropriate. I completely agree with other comments in that if an individual has no conscience torturing animals, a living thing, then they usually don't have a problem stepping up the food chain and torturing people when they are an adult. He deserves to be in some kind of juvenile detention until he's 21 to attempt some sort of rehabilitation, if that is at all possible. Read Less
