I hate this kind of talk, and it scares the heck out of me. Firstly, a dog that bites someone is normally euthanized, am I wrong in this assmuption? And unless they're saying that people are going to have to pay to keep venemous snakes in their homes, I'm against any kind of breed-specific fine or tax or law of any sort.
