Description: Hiro was not born blind. He lost his sight just as his eyes were opening as a puppy due to infection that was not caught/treated by the breeder. In addition, one eye did not develop to proper size, giving him an even stranger look. Fortunately, he was adopted by a wonderful family with experience with blind pugs.
