Yesterday Buffy got zapped by a skunk in my back yard. She got two baths, the first in vinegar and shampoo the second with this recipe : 1 Quart peroxide, 1 tsp. soda,
1 tsp. dishwashing liquid. Seemed to do the job. Still having problems with the odor in her mouth and nose. Went to Pet Spot and got greenies and greenies smart snacks. She just carries them around, hasn't chewed on them (Maybe she can't smell them.) Ha, ha. Read Less

I may try one of these for my dog who got sprayed in the face last week by a skunk.
She smell is better except for her mouth and nose. The peppermint might work. I got
a couple other breath treats and they haven't done much to help.

Had no idea they made St.Johns warts for animals. Good to know.
