Description: Jasper is such a mutt that even the genetics experts who test mixed-breed dogs say he's one in a million. Actually, he's among the 20 percent of mixed-breed dogs they test that are so many generations removed from purebred, they don't register as being clearly linked to any breed. The experts did detect some collie and some German shepherd in him. He's a registered therapy dog, and visits with memory-loss residents of a care facility.
