Description: My daughter wanted a dog to "dress up". So Oscar was advertised in petfinder "classifieds" and we contacted the people. We ended up taking Oscar, a mom dalmation and 6 of her puppies, and a German Sheperd from this house. It was a dump! They've all been vetted and have found wonderful homes thanks to our rescue, Mostly Mutts.
