She spent the first two years of her life in a Puppy Mill in PA and is one of the dogs that Bill Smith from Main Line Animal Resuce saved. She can not bark because she was debarked by the ower of the Puppy Mill. Chamois and LuLu will be her doggie mentors and teach her how to trust people again.
