Description: Rocky was rescued from Animal Care and Control on Staten Island by our family on the night before he was to be put down at 3 months of age. His crime ...he had a upper respiratory infection and they were afraid it would spread through out the kennel. He has been part of our family for 11 years now and proved to be one of the smartest dogs I know.
