Sooo cute. Just attended an event where vows were offered, but nobody took the opportunity. Guess the economy is even a concern to canines; perhaps they are waiting a bit longer, "just to be sure" before they tie the knot!

What a fun idea -- the political arena can always use some humor! Our pets hear the news from the radio, some even watch the debates on TV. This is a way for then to feel even more involved (also a great money-making idea for the product designers!).
What a great use of celebrity status. Animals can "say" so much by just being around -- however, they need us to give voice to their plight! Hopefully, more events like this will continue to raise awareness.
I read about this in BARk magazine. It is such a special event that the enormous front doors to the cathedral are opened for it (they are only opened on one other occasion each year!).

Some folks will blame parents, video (games, movies, TV), relatives, etc. True, sometimes it may be a learned behavior. Unfortunately, some kids are just plain mean. These kids sound like they fit the latter category. Major punishment for them, please! Read Less
