Maybe I'm too brutal but he should get treated the same way that he treated those poor animals. They can't speak for themselves. And they can't buy their way out of those situations.

I don't know what's more disgusting. The fact that this woman did this to all of these animals or the fact that all they had to pay to get out of jail was $250 dollars and owe the rest or work it off, or skip out on it later. Disgusting
