Description: Squirrel adopted me from the JCSPCA in the fall of 1999. I was checking out all the kitties but every time I came near cage she would reach out and grab me. I finally said ok come out and let me see you up close. She climbed right up onto my shoulder and looked me in the eye. I said "hi" Squirrel and she acted like that had always been her name. She has answered to it ever since. Yes, she does come when you call her.
