I agree. It is awesome that the CCSPCA neuters/spays and microchips all animals before leaving. Shelters that don't neuter/spay are not helping to control the pet overpopulation they see every day.

If you liked them then why are you rating them a 1? People need to be more careful about clicking 5, I've seen a lot of other folks giving 1's when they mean to give 5's and this hurts this product and it's a good product.
