I've shopped in their stores often and have always found the stores neat, clean and the employees very knowagable (and also clean and neat.) If you need anything for a pet or a wild animal --- they will have it.

I too, have used this when my (late) Persian cat lost her desire-or ability-to use the litter box, and it was 100% effective.
