It's All About the Animals

Over and over again on Zootoo, I hear the same phrase "It's all about the animals." If it's all about the animals, it's about the animals all over, isn't it? Is it sacrilegious to suggest distributing 1,000 pounds of pet food to 1,000 shelters instead of 1,000,000 pounds to a now minimum of six shelters?
