Great news for pet owners, especially in today's economy.

It certainly does take a village. I so admire people that put their time and energy into saving people's beloved pets.

Having had an elderly cat, I so appreciate any new research that can be done to make our animals last years the best that they can be.

There was nothing we could do for him except have the fluid that was accumulating around his lungs drained, but after the third time in three weeks that we took him in for this procedure, we decided we were just being selfish and we let him go. The gift certificate idea is so much better than assuming that you know what kind of animal (or any animal) is the perfect gift for someone else. It's like picking out a bride or groom for another person. It hardly ever is a happy marriage.
