Description: Howie is a lovable little dog with a big heart. My Boyfriend and I are so fortunate to have found him in the Moreno valley animal shelter. His only negative aspect is submissive urination due to what we think might have been physical abuse from previous owners. A problem which both my boyfriend and I are willing to work with and overcome. Howie is a blessing and brings much joy and much need laughter into our lives.
