Truffles is one of the guinea pigs I adopted from Critter Corral Guinea Pig Rescue in Steger, IL. She is one of six I currently have and recently agreed to share her cage with Puzzle Pieces who has quickly become her best friend. Rescue pets are the best!

Truffles is such a docile, sweet little thing. I first put hay in the wagon and let her eat it. Then I put her in. She kept pushing the handle down so I was lucky to get this picture just before she pushed it again. We hold her a lot so she is very trusting of us, knowing we would never put her in harm's way.
