Even though there is a lot going on in the background, I think that's ok. There would be in any office. And since this photo made me laugh out loud when I pulled it up, it got my vote! It's a hoot!

The dog's pose--especially his face near the monitor--is catchy, but there may be "too much going on in the background" of the photo.
