Tina, I don't know that is true talent on my part, probably more like true talent on the part of Adobe.
I don't know what to tell you about photo editing. Maybe you could crop your Puddin out of one of his photos and put that into your photo.
I don't know the program where you edit photos.
Or maybe you could get your husband to photograph you while you are holding your Puddin' with one arm and a cast?
