I just bought a camera that has a setting to do it but for these pics I did use a program I have. It is ArcSoft PhotoImpression 6.5 gold.

Thanks! It is fun trying different effects but some things that programs can do...I wonder why anyone would want to, some are pretty bizarre!

Thanks! It is amazing what you can do with photos now with the camera and all the programs out there. Finding the ones that are user friendly is the hard part!
