This guy is definitly something besides german sheperd with the white on him from his appearance some people would consider him a mutt I always enjoy seeing a mutt or a rescued dog or even some breed of dog helping out on the force that you would never excpect to see such as a Airdale terrier or a springer spaniel or even a gaint poodle. This dog is so lucky there was a story on the news yesterday about a Mastiff who was shot and killed by a police officer just because the dog was a stray and he was scared and he was protecting himself. I mean the dog was a stray dog maybe he had never been around humans before or maybe humans were mean to him he didn't understand the cops where just scary to him they should have used a traqulizer and then given him a behavior eveluation after letting him get healthy and live in a foster home for awhile cause mastiff's are one of the best family dogs in the world. They are gentle giants, plus if some kid got scared and punched a cop they would not kill a kid this dog was just like a child and I will never forgive an officer for shooting some innocent creature for just trying to protect itself since it was scared.
