Halloween is all about originality, which means a stellar costume idea is paramount for pets and owners alike. While homemade costumes guarantee an exclusive unique look, who has the time -- especially in New York?
Amanda Byron Zeek does! Owner of The Salty Paw; a pet store meets doggy day care, Zeek turns her place into a design pet costume shop. She will measure your pet and help you design the costume. And if frugality is on the agenda, the "one-night costume wonder" is reversible, turning into a "regular wear" Gortex raincoat. Be careful, your dog may not want to leave this pet haven!
The Salty Paw is located at 38 Peck Slip in Manhattan, just around the corner from South Street Seaport, or online at TheSaltyPaw.com.

Everyone has good ideas.....as for me....wouldn't waste my money on a costume, but I can understand why some people would love this......especially the reversible part...at least this store is trying to make the costume more flexible and have it be worn as coat the rest of the winter! Happy Halloween!
