This doesn't surprise me. What does it that most people think cats can't be trained or can't do tricks.

All types of animals can be trained, why would you think that you can't train cats?

Amazing story. I was surprised that a cat could cooperate that well and learn anything. Then again I am a dog lover and know that they can learn tricks.

Wow. Watching that cat spin that ball while lying on his back was great!
I can get my rabbit to do tricks....as long as I have food. What I noticed though is that voice commands don't mean much to a rabbit (at least mine). It is the hands she watches for direction. Oh yes and then there is that darn problem with "HEY LOOK, a SQUIRREL" that gets in the way.
Seriously, these performers show that animals are smarter than we give them credit for, and it takes the right incentive and the right techniques and bonds to make them want to "work".
Great video.

I wish my cat would listen to me. Even a squirt gun doesn't work...she just thinks it some crazy game and runs all over the house and repeats whatever she got in trouble for!!!
