If this was my dog or I caught him he would have missing body parts thats for sure He should never of been let out of jail after the assult on the boy when he was 16 evil children turn into evil adults I do not for one minute beleive sex offenders can change and the sooner people relize this the safer our children will be

GROSS! They should cut off his parts where he can't assault another child OR animal again. How many red flags does someone have to give that they are a danger to the community? $10,000 bond isn't squat either. When this man does harm another child the people that let him do it should be as much responsible as he is!

"When he was arrested, he was already on probation for committing the same crime in Sedgwick County last September ["He was charged in Reno County last September for a similar incident with the homeowner's ex wife's Rottweiller. He pled no contest and was sentenced to six months probation. ...Yody has been checked out by a vet and appears to be doing fine. Which is more than Justen and the rest of the family can say for themselves."]. Coman wasn't registered as a sex offender at that time because he was convicted of misdemeanor criminal sodomy. Sedgwick County prosecutors argued this case had special circumstances. Aaron Smith told the judge Coman's crime was sexually motivated, and therefore, sexually violent. Coman's attorney, Eric Svoboda, argued the sex offender registry was meant for "released felons who murder and rape human beings." The judge disagreed. "I believe the citizens of Sedgwick County have a right to know that Mr. Coman is living in their community, their neighborhood, right next door," said Judge Joseph Bribiesca. Judge Bribiesca ruled Coman will also serve the maximum sentence of six months. While in custody, Coman must undergo mental evaluations by a psychiatrist at the Sedgwick County Jail."

With this non-rehabilitatable individual's criminal history, the judge spat upon every child and dog by imposing such a puny bail amount of only $10,000. ANYONE caught redhanded doing such things MUST be castrated and either never again see the light of day (i.e., another such opportunity to be a predator) or euthanize.
There can be no "tolerance" ANYWHERE for ANYONE like this. PERIOD. No consent = CRIME.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Why is a man whom already has a record still out. He needs to be castrated. We should do to him, as they do in other countries. You use your body inappropriately and they take it away. That would fix the problem. I just dont get why this guy is still put in a position to do this to more dogs, and maybe even to another child. What an outrage. He will be out soon, no questions asked.

I think that anyone who would do that to a innocent animals deserves to be locked up and never thought about again. That is so wrong and terrible. It makes me so mad, i get crazy i just wish that all animal abusers would be thrown off the face of the earth. I can'e imagine who could do that to a person, let alone an animal. This is so sick. They said theres no law against people having sex with their animals, that's because no one is so pschotic to think of something like that. Who ever thought of this is a total nut and should get life in prison (in the dark cells in the back where no one cares about you)!!!!

How in the world does this not fall under rape? Regardless if it is human or animal it is RAPE. These people need shot that do this type of thing, I am so sick by these stories. Nail it to a tree and give him a razor blade, he won't rape anyone or thing again.
