Aww, I'm sorry to hear the transfusion failed. Was the other cub also given a transfusion?

I’m sorry to hear that Juhi died. I hope Jai lives a long and happy life and I hope that somebody can convince the villagers that they shouldn’t kill tigers.

How sad, both for the cub and all the tigers that are losing their hunting spaces.

Unfortunate that it did not work, hopefully they managed to learn something so that they might improve the process for future uses.

How sad for the animals and vets. They worked so hard to save her that it must be hard on them. Maybe there is something they learned from what happened so help other animals.

Even though I'm happy for the update, this is a sad ending. I'm glad that they tried and hopefully learned something about transfusions in tigers.

I had read this story earlier and had high hopes they could save the cubs and so sorry they couldn't. It is hard to be critical because we don't live in areas where our children and livestock are in constant danger but jif they would just try and capture them and find help to relocate. Especially the babies.

A 7 month old tiger is a big baby and may not be that easy for a non-professional to catch

I blame the villagers but, of course, that's easy to say from a place where my children are safe from wild animals

I am so sorry this cub could not be saved. I believe the locals killed the mother and than went after the cubs. Soon we will live on a planet packed full of people and nothing else. What will the chinese do then when nothing is left to kill for their so called medicines?

Once we get rid of all the animals to kill for sport, I'm sure we'll eventually find some segment of the human population we can start killing for sport.

This incident occurred in India...I'm not sure what that has to do with China. It's very sad that this cub died, but it sounds like the villagers were trying to protect their children the only way they know how to do so. I do hope that zoos will implement a blood storage bank for endangered species.
