They are pretty little devils. Wish they would get adopted. Black cats are tough to place, and if the potential adopter viewed all their zootoo videos, he/she might reconsider taking one of these fiesty felines.

It's great that zt is promoting it's users who are so very special to us like Cathy (SteveCat511) who is one of my friends here on zt. She is definitely a zt treasure and we're lucky to have her here with us! And, you can't forget DebraMeow either! She's awesome and loves her babies so much and she is even a foster mom too! Boy, there are so many of us who have been touched not just by these 2 zter's but, so many others here too and we're just delighted! ^..^

Daryl, you have to view the video in order to see what she is talking about. The CSI she is speaking of is the video Debra meow did of her cats and the missing jelly beans. As for the Veteran's she used my tribute to Alice's son, Pvt. David Baird.

cats eating jellybeans, that's funny! Thanks for letting people remember our troups that are still in there for our sake. I know these wars in Iraq and Afganistan have been going on a while and people have kind of put it on the back burners of their minds, but our kids, husbands, wives, brothers and sisters are over their still risking their lives daily. We must not forget them. I want them ALL to come home safe. We love David very much and are so proud of him!

Hey, Deb! Congrats on your candy theft video! lol I have to say the kitties certainly try to look sweet and innocent!

As for my tribute to Pvt. David Baird, I just responded to Robin's email last night. I was waiting to get some information from Alice and we just spoke last night as she had not been on zootoo all day.

Anyway, some interesting tidbits zootooers may want to know:

David always wanted to be a soldier. Alice said from the time he was 2 years old, he played with GI Joe toys. All of his life he was playing GI Joe. She said he is a career soldier.

David has been away from home for over a year. He is currently in Fort Drum in Jefferson County, New York. He will be going home for 2 weeks for Christmas but, will be deployed to Afghanistan on January 7th, his 23 birthday.

I almost wish that this webisode only featured the tribute to veterans. Seems so trivial to talk about jellybean theft and deployment in almost the same breath. Or to have lead with the feature on veterans as the showpiece and ended with the jellybeans? Hey, I just provide material. I don't make these inclusion/editorial decisions.

Congrats, Deb! As for my tribute to David, I received an email from Robin on Wednesday and was trying to get information to send to her. I finally spoke with Alice last night and responded to Robin's email just after that.

I did not realize her Pick of the Litter deadline would be before today. SO, to see the information I forwarded to her please read my original comment on this news segment! God Bless our troops!

Rose, I could not believe it when I read your message. Robin had emailed me on Wednesday and I had been trying to get a hold of Alice.

Alice and I finally spoke last night and I got all kinds of info from her and responded to Robin's email afterward. I guess I missed the deadline for the Pick of the Litter email response.

If you read my original comment to this news story, you will see the information I forwarded to Robin...Too bad it's not in the video.
