I did not see this show last year but would love to see it. Our animals can bring out the best in people, I know it does my husband. A usual "burly" type, his little grl can do no wrong! Animals have been a great part of many Great People's lives.

I am thinking you may be able to rent it at your local library. Ours often has PBS specials. I am hoping they will replay it though, as my whole family missed it and would love to see it.

I also hope they rerun this show. Did you ever notice that dogs in photos from the late 1800s and early 1900s "look" different? I was looking at some photos and it really struck me funny... Did they evolve???
