I don't think it would be that popular in our neighborhood--most area dogs seem to 'do their business' while on their walks.

Wow - amazing they make a living doing this! This is probably a great idea especially for older people who have pets, and can't get around as easily.

This time of year, it would be tempting but really - how hard is it to clean up after your own dog? Guess there's a market for just about any service people are willing to offer.

If an entrepreneur comes up with this job and people are willing to pay, great for them! I love people thinking of new ideas and it is entertaining to watch how people react to extreme ideas. I do know of someone who is the chief pooper scooper at a kennel and I bet a service like this would be nice once in a while! :)

Poop scooping is what having kids and younger siblings is for. I don't think I would ever pay a stranger to come scoop up my yard, although this may be great for older individuals or pet owners on the go.

Rather than spending the money on a service to come and clean up poop- go buy a shovel. This is insane. People are getting lazier and lazier....

It's amazing what we consumers will purchase. Water, rocks, air and dog poop clean up services.

Dog Poo Pickers may not be in business for long with this economy. Come on people, get down and pick up the poop. It's good exercise!

Alright people....how LAZY can you be? You cannot pick up after your own dog! WOW.....I can see this for disabled or elderly pet owners. But perfectly healthy people.
It never ceases to amaze me .....how inactive we have become.

I think it's a great idea for people who need an extra hand. The price seems reasonable as well. I'm guessing this service is only offered in larger metropolitan areas though.

for individual use this would be a bit silly. but i think it would be good for apartment managers for apartments that have nice grass areas or small parks in them. because even though some do.. alot of people dont bother with it when they walk their dog around the neighborhoods. and then little kids step in it!

It's a great idea if you have extra money to spend on a poop picker-upper. Paris Hilton would probably be a good candidate for this service.

too bad people are unable to pick up their pet's poo but a good business opportunity is one that finds a niche...or poo bag... that no other company fills

Some people think negatively towards this endeavor. Not me. People don't have to be lazy to need this type of service. If someone can help others and make money at it, go for it.... That's what America is about.

It is interesting! Someone was up burnihg the midnight oil on this one. The founder was definitely thinking out of the box. He is truly filling a need. It is used by homeowners...but towns and cities could also hire these people. Very interesting story indeed!
