NEWS BRIEF: Paris ‘Abandons’ Cat

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton reportedly abandoned, or lost ownership of her pet cat because she didn’t pick it up from a veterinary clinic.

According to ABC 2 in Maryland, Hilton brought the feline in to be spayed in January. When she neglected to pick up the cat, the vet called the woman from whom Hilton adopted the animal.

The cat was returned to Kris Kelly, who says Hilton will not be getting the cat back, and as far as she’s concerned it was abandoned.

Kelly says she attempted to contact the socialite, but her calls were not returned.
