Wish I coul hve seen this video but already deleted. NYC is no different, they love their animals passionately. Although dressing up the animals seems debateable I see no harm in it. People just enjoying the day with their pets. Doing something with your pet and other pet lovers is wonderful no matter how it comes.

I am still torn on whether pets hate getting dressed up or detest getting dressed up. I would think it is a small percentage who like it. HOWEVER, I still fall victim to finding some of them absolutely adorable!

I find this fun for those watching , I like that they can still do halloweeen parades, many school have stopped them it is a fun event for the kids

I think having activities that you can share with your pets and with other pet lovers is great, but I can't say that I would ever dress either of my pups up in a costume.

How cute!! I would love to see this in person. I love when animals are dressed up but only if the animal does not seem to mind. We have a pet parade here in Columbus around Halloween and it is a lot of fun! I got to be a judge once and it was the hardest job ever! They were all so cute!

This was fun to read. I saw a pet parade on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, last Halloween and was amazed at the creativity and elaborate costumes. Made me wish my cat would let me dress her!

Too cute! I dressed up my 2 Pekes in coats for Xmas. They were tolerant while I took pics. My Chow gets really annoyed when I make him wear the antlers!! LOL

I've seen some cute outfits and I have a friend that starts when her dogs are puppies so that they kind of get used to dressing up. My friend is kind of eccentric
but that's ok. I don't know anyone who loves her dogs as much as she does.
