The first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the headline was inbreeding. Poor little pups--all to make a buck.

I am glad they decided to save the dogs instead of euthanize them. Dogs from puppy mills have suffered so much already.

They make these carts for animals that lose their legs or suffer paralysis especially of back limbs also. Sometimes rabbits get back limb paralysis and these carts are especially made for them. I have not seen them but I hear they are effective. The down side of course is the price because they have to be custom made.

I saw this story on TV. What an inspiring tale. North Shore Animal League is to be commended for taking in these unfortunate pups. The program showed them getting around on their carts, and they appeared to be having a ball. Just another nail in the coffin for puppy mills.

Sweet little pups. I hope they find great owners that are especially sensitive to their needs.

I am so happy to see that these people have found a great solution to the very unique problem these dogs had. More proof that just because someone id "different" that with the right help, they can be as happy as anyone else and enjoy life to the fullest. A hugs thumbs down to these irresponsible breeders who prioritized greed over the health and wellbeing of these animals.
