Very cute and thoughtful idea! I sure hope it goes through. I just hope that if there is such a holiday (and shelters may decide to give discounts on adoption fees on that day) that the dogs and cats go to loving homes that'll truly care for them - not just to people that decided to take advantage of the discount!

I love the idea but I love my Animal rescue idea even more but I will have to do some schooling first and then get some funding for it. I think I will call the rescue Dreams Do Come True. I think this name is the best one I have thought of so far. Another name I had an idea for is Playful's Heaven Playful was my koi fish at my grandma's house for years and then unfourtonitley he got some kind of disease that made a hole form on the side of him and so my grandpa had to put Playful out of his misory. Sorry if I spelled anything wrong. Oh by the way my no kill animal rescue is gonna allow any pets that need new homes dogs, cats, barnyard, birds, rodents, reptiles, fish, anphibians, bugs and insects too. All animals that are pets need homes good ones but thats not the whole idea for my rescue but I don't want to give too much away and have all of my ideas for it stolen from me.
