I'm not a fan of orange, but I know that color is very attention-getting, so it's great for the ASPCA to raise awareness!

the big bridge in toledo was orange this weekend, w/two white bars across it. tickled my brain wondering what the color meant. candy corn? basket ball? construction? now i'm wondering if it wasn't in honor of animals.
although orange isn't exactly flattering, i'll don the loud, glaring color for the cause...but i'm guessing it'll register the same reaction i had w/the bridge: "uhhh...what?"

I had no idea that orange was the "signature color of the ASPCA". Must be a marketting problem. If I wasn't aware of this, then how will others understand the significance of the color orange that I am wearing or displaying on my home/car/business?

I also bought some orange bracelets from the ASPCA a few years ago. I'll have to dig them out and wear them...... in fact just found one in my computer desk drawer. Here we go.

What a great idea. I wish I had something orange to wear. I hope the word gets out so people will recognize that orange is for animals.

This is so great does anyone know where I can get an orange t-shirt or tank top that says something like support this cause and go orange. I have Shorty and he is an orange kitty maybe I should carry him around town in an orange poch that says go orange. Teddy has orange on her too she is older though I think since they are both indoor cats they would have a heart attack going outside not of their own free will.

I know the ASPCA sells them on their website; I don't know that you would have it for April, but there is never a bad time to spread the word.

you don't necessarily have to wear an orange top that says something, as that may be tricky to find. you could wear an orange shirt and throw on necklaces, bracelets, or a pin w/animals.
guess it's time to bust out those bright orange bell bottoms again. love em, but they're pretty darn snug.

Maybe if I had read this earlier, I would have put something orange on! Instead, I'm "blue"!! But I did eat some Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar Goldfish--and they come in an orange bag. I ate some in honor of the animals (more self-sacrificing behavior)!
